    Our personnel possess a wealth of expertise in the field of security, boasting extensive backgrounds in various areas. Our team comprises retired Federal Agents, experienced members of Local and State Law Enforcement, as well as career Personal Protection Specialists. To ensure the highest standards, all personnel undergo regular certification updates and mandatory firearms requalification, keeping their skills and knowledge up to date.
  • What is your process for background checks and vetting of security personnel?
    All personnel are active or retired law enforcement to include federal agents who are in good standing and have had a recent background check conducted.
  • How do we prepare for your visit?
    Based on the services requested the potential client will be provided a checklist to prepare for the meeting.
  • Are you licensed and insured?
    We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance in the minimum amounts of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence, with a Three Million Dollar ($3,000,000.00) annual aggregate, with coverage for contractual liability.
  • Are you in uniforms or will you blend in with the crowd?
    Our approach is exclusively based on plain clothes, allowing us to adapt to the level of discretion desired by the client. We prioritize blending seamlessly into the surroundings, ensuring a low-profile presence that aligns with the client's preferences and requirements.
  • What methods of payment do you take?
    Credit cards, personal checks and Zelle
  • What kind of commitment or contract is required when working with SRW?
    A Service Agreement will be completed for each client based on type of work and specific needs.
  • Do you offer 24/7 monitoring and emergency response services?
    We specialize in delivering exceptional on-site residential/personal security services around the clock. While our primary focus is not on monitoring or emergency response, we are dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients at all times.
  • How do you communicate and coordinate with local law enforcement agencies, if necessary?
    Depending on the specific job and if we find it necessary, we will reach out to local law enforcement to inquire about recent crime activity or trends that may affect our client.
  • Can you customize security plans based on our specific needs?
    Yes. Every client is different, and we do our best to provide a concierge style service and provide the client a service specifically tailored to them.
  • How do you ensure the confidentiality and privacy of our information?
    All personnel are required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements to maintain the utmost confidentiality and privacy for our clients.
  • Can you provide references, testimonials, or case studies of your past clients?
    References of business associates are available upon request. Previous client information will not be made available due to confidentiality agreements.
  • Do you travel with clients?
    Yes, we can travel with the client upon their request.
  • What areas do you service?
    We currently service the following counties in VA and MD: Loudoun, Fairfax, Clarke, Frederick and Fauquier.
  • Do you offer armed or unarmed security personnel?
    We offer both, however all personnel are licensed to carry.
  • What are the costs associated with your security services?
    The costs associated with our security services vary depending on the specific requirements of the job and any additional expenses involved. We offer both hourly and daily rates, which will be determined based on the agreement reached with the client. Rest assured, we strive to provide transparent and competitive pricing that aligns with the value and quality of our services.
